Josh & Lacey Beers
Lead Pastors
Pastor Josh & Lacey have been Lead Pastors at Mountain Home First Assembly since November 2018. They are both native Arkansans and were both raised in pastors’ homes. Pastor Josh has been preaching since the age of 13, became credentialed at the age of 15, and was ordained at age 20. In 2009, he transferred his ordination to the Assemblies of God. Pastor Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from Arkansas State University. Pastor Josh is passionate about staff & leadership development, casting and pursuing vision, seeing people reach their full potential in Christ, and desires to see the continuation of the authentic Pentecostal experience in this generation. He values excellence and the moving of the Holy Spirit, and is committed to learning and growing as a husband, father, pastor, and leader.
Lacey also holds ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God. She works alongside Pastor Josh serving as Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Pastor Lacey oversees the hospitality ministries, develops curriculum for growth & membership, coordinates First Groups, directs outreach events, and periodically speaks and teaches. She also serves in the Worship Ministry and leads SHE--MH1AG's ministry to women and girls of all ages. Lacey has a heart for connecting with people, loves seeing people discover and fulfill their God-given purpose, and has a love for passionate and heartfelt worship.
Pastor Josh and Lacey are childhood sweethearts and have been married for 19 years. Their first priority and the joy of their life is their family. They have three amazing boys, Cade, Carson, & Camden, and a spunky Goldendoodle named Millie. They are avid Razorback fans and love to cheer on the Hogs every chance they get!

Dylan & Erica Wimberly
First Kids Pastors
Pastor Dylan joined the MH1AG staff team in January 2024. He holds ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God through the Arkansas District School of Ministry. Pastor Dylan grew up as a pastor’s kid and has served in ministry for most of his life. He has a passion for reaching children with the Gospel in an enjoyable and attainable way. Pastor Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Children's Ministry from Nelson University and joined the team when she married Pastor Dylan in May of 2024. Together they serve the children and families of MH1AG with joy and creativity!
Logan & Harley Willett
Student Pastors
Meet our student pastors, Logan and Harley! They have been serving on our team since April of 2025 and bring a deep love for Jesus, students, and family into everything they do.
Married in 2021, Logan and Harley stepped into youth ministry together in 2022 as their shared calling began to take shape. Proud parents to their two daughters, Scottlyn and Mabel, they believe family is their first ministry and are intentional about modeling a Christ-centered home.
Their heart beats for guiding students to truly know Jesus through authentic relationships, discipleship, and Spirit-led living. They envision a future generation that is Gospel-centered, Spirit-empowered, and personally responsible for God’s mission in the world.
Outside of ministry, Logan and Harley love being outdoors, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with family and friends. Whether investing in students, building community, or cheering on their girls, they desire to live lives marked by faithfulness, joy, and purpose—pointing the next generation to Jesus in all they do.

Larry & Renee Thomas
Office Administrator & Maintenance
Larry & Renee Thomas are ministry veterans and valuable assets to MH1AG. Renee has served as MH1AG office administrator since 2016 and Larry oversees IT and property maintenance, as well as assisting with pastoral care. While they may technically be retired Assemblies of God pastors, they are very much involved in ministry in various capacities.
